Our courier partner (Domex) will make the delivery of printed learning materials you ordered to your doorstep.
You will be charged the delivery charge when the order deliver to you. Delivery charges are subjected to the our delivery partner. (Domex)
Orders (Printed learning materials) will be delivered to valid addresses within Sri Lanka only.
Students can join our classes through Zoom app after successful enrollment of the course.
If you was unable to join the class on scheduled time there will be available the recording of that session within 2-3 days after the scheduled day.
You can order a product or enroll a course using online payment facility using credit card/debit card. Please read our privacy policy for legal information.
Once your order reaches us, we will contact you by telephone. Upon recipient's confirmation we will notify you of the delivery information.
Once you enroll a class automatically activates the class materials and Zoom link to joining the class.
All products are subject to availability. All prices are shown in sri lankan rupees (rs.) inclusive of taxes, and we reserve the right to change any price at any time.
We accept all Visa, Mastercard, all credit cards. The internet payment gateway at PayHere will carry out credit card acceptance and authentication. Transactions routed through the gateway will be fully secured with certification of PayHere.
You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the pre order. Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (etd) is only an estimate, is subject to change. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product or you may cancel your order and request for a full refund.

In the event of a stock unavailability, mathsucceder.lk will inform the customer within 3 working days, and the payment can be refunded within 5 working days. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the only remedy available for unavailability of product is the refund of the money paid. Placement of an order including the payment of the order value by the customer will be construed as an offer.
Our courier partner (Domex) will make the delivery to your doorstep on confirmation from the bank within 7 working days. (Monday to Friday) (Conditions apply) sometimes, delivery time depends on the stock availability of the delivery locations. We may sometimes cancel the order & refund you the money back to your account depending on the stock availability.

Customers have the right to return printed learning materials when the product is delivered to your doorstep by our courier partner (Domex)
Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. If there is a physical damage at the acceptance of the product, the product should be returned.
All refunds are processed within 2-3 working days by pragathieducation.lk. Further processing back to your credit card/bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/institution for which mathsucceder.lk cannot be held liable.
